Works taking place: Loft Conversion and Chimney Breast Removal

Overview of Party Wall Process: We are proud to have completed the Party Wall process at Beck Road. A simple Loft conversion and Chimney breast removal meant that Structural Calculations and Drawings were essential on this project.

Works taking place: Rear Extension
Number of Adjoining owners: 1
Overview of Party Wall Process: We are proud to have completed a Schedule of Condition Inspection here. The client had the approval of their neighbour for the extension works. However, they asked us to complete a Schedule of Condition as a precautionary measure to avoid any issues later on.
Ferme Park Road, Finsbury Park, N4
Works taking place: Basement Conversion
Number of Adjoining owners: 2
Overview of Party Wall Process: We are proud to have completed the Party Wall process at Ferme Park Road. The property sandwiched beside a Reservoir and a neighbouring terraced property meant there were additional risks involved. With the involvement of a structural engineer providing in depth plans, we were able to get this across the line to allow for the beautiful conversion works.

Works taking place: Loft Conversion
Number of Adjoining owners: 1
Overview of Party Wall Process: We are proud to have completed the Party Wall process at Wilberforce Road. The works included the insertion of a steel beam into a shared Party Wall with 1 adjoining owner. We completed a Schedule of Condition, reviewed the Structural Calculations and completed a Party Wall Award.
Leicester Road, Barnet, EN5
Works taking place: Side Extension
Number of Adjoining owners: 1
Overview of Party Wall Process: We are proud to have completed the Party Wall process at Leicester Road. A side wrap around extension meant there were additional access provisions to consider within the final Party Wall Award.
Ladysmith Avenue, Ilford, IG2 7AU
Works taking place: Rear Extension and Loft Conversion
Number of Adjoining owners: 2
Overview of Party Wall Process: We are proud to have completed the Party Wall process at Ladysmith Avenue. Following the process through from serving the initial notices, completing a Schedules of Condition at both adjoining owners properties and completing the Party Wall Award for both properties.
Mount Ephraim Lane, Streatham, SW16
Works taking place: Rear Extension
Number of Adjoining owners: 4 Overview of Party Wall Process: We are proud to have completed the Party Wall process at Mount Ephraim Lane. The configuration of the flats above and next door meant that the Building owner had to serve additional notices. We were able to complete a Schedule of Condition inspection and Party Wall Awards for each adjoining owner here.

Works taking place: Demolition of Existing Car Park and Rebuilding Flats

Overview of Party Wall Process: We are proud to have completed the Party Wall process at the Parade Car Park. One of our bigger projects where a historic car was being knocked down to make space for some residential flats. This came with additional risk to the adjoining owner due to the size of the Development.

Works taking place: Rear Extension & Loft Conversion

Overview of Party Wall Process: We are proud to have completed the Party Wall process at Crofton Park Road. The client here was doing full renovation works including a rear extension and a loft conversion. This meant we had to complete a Schedule of Condition on all floors at both neighbouring properties adjacent to the Party Wall. A lengthy but rewarding project.
